1. Acceptance and Eligibility

We reserve the right to discontinue any product, modify product specifications, or make changes to product designs and materials at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not affect orders already confirmed and accepted.

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an Order

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by Reclinora. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or inventory limitations;
• Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information;

• Failure to meet eligibility requirements;

Order Confirmation and Acceptance

After you place an order, you will receive an automated email acknowledgment confirming receipt of your order. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order or confirmation that your order will be fulfilled. A binding contract between you and Reclinora is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been accepted and is being processed for shipment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to shipment, even after you have received an order confirmation.

Order Cancellation by Customer

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the product in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Order Modifications

If you need to modify an order (change shipping address, update product selection, adjust quantity, etc.), contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate modification requests received before the order has shipped, but cannot guarantee that modifications can be made once order processing has begun.

Order Limits

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order. We may also impose restrictions on orders placed using the same customer account, credit card, or shipping address. If we make changes to or cancel an order, we will notify you using the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of order placement.

4. Pricing and Sales Tax

Product Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Shipping Within the United States

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders shipped to addresses within the United States. There are no additional shipping charges for domestic orders.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the shipping destination and product availability. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on shipping carrier performance, weather conditions, holidays, product availability, order volume, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. Certain products may have additional shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status and location of your shipment through the shipping carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address information provided by you. If your order is returned to us by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products purchased from Reclinora pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery confirmation by the carrier, except as required by applicable law.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window

You may return most products within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions and procedures outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy. This return window is Reclinora's own voluntary return policy. There is no statutory "cooling-off" period or right of withdrawal for most online purchases under United States federal law.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, products must be unused, unassembled (if applicable), in original condition, and in original packaging with all accessories, parts, hardware, and documentation included. Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, customization, or other reasons as specified in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Return Process

To initiate a return, you must contact us at content@reclinora.shop or 4346585049 within the applicable return window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive return instructions. Returns shipped without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive, inspect, and approve the returned product. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account. Refund amounts, timing, and procedures are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
